    If when you connect your CPR Call Blocker, all calls are being blocked, this usually indicates that the Caller ID signal is not reaching the Call Blocker correctly

    First, ensure that the Caller ID service is active on the line

    If it is, Please try the IN-PARALLEL set up described in your User Guide, the link below should also help with this set up and should resolve this issue;
