    I understand that you are having a problem where the telephone number is not showing on the screen of the call blocker as it should, but instead you are having dashes across the screen.

    This issue can simply be resolved by changing the operating mode of the call blocker To do this, generate a dial tone, then input **9#100# you will hear a single beep after every # to confirm that it is successful, alternatively check the screen of the call blocker as you are inputting the code and it will read successful.

    Test to see if this now works for you, if you are still experiencing this problem, generate a dial tone, then input **9#200# you will hear a single beep after every # to confirm that it is successful, alternatively check the screen of the call blocker as you are inputting the code and it will read successful.

    Test and if this don’t work generate a dial tone, then input **9#300# you will hear aDashes,single beep after every # to confirm that it is successful, alternatively check the screen of the call blocker as you are inputting the code and it will read successful.
