    I am sorry to hear you are currently experiencing issues where the Call Blocker is currently not showing the telephone numbers on the call blocker screen and remains on 0000 when a call comes in, the reason for this is that the call blocker has not been plugged into the main telephone line, can you plug the call blocker in on a different phone in the property and check to see if this resolves the issue for you.
