If CPR Call Blocker screen is showing ‘ERROR’ – the most common cause for this is when there has been an interruption to the signal or power on the CPR Call Blocker such as with a line power surge
To resolve this, please disconnect the CPR Call Blocker by removing the cable out of the LINE jack on the CPR Call Blocker for 3-5 mins
After 3-5 mins, when you reconnect the CPR Call Blocker the ERROR message should have gone and your blocked numbers will still be in place and the CPR Call Blocker should work as normal
If disconnecting the Call Blocker for 5 minutes does not resolve the issue, please try disconnecting for 1 hour 5 minutes and this should fully clear the issue
