    To unblock a number on your CPR Call Blocker please try the following methods;

    Method #1

    – Press the UP ARROW button on the right of the CPR Call Blocker to enter the BLOCK LIST
    – Then, press the UP/DOWN arrow buttons to find the number you wish to UNBLOCK
    – When you find the number you wish to UNBLOCK, while the number is on the screen, press DELETE

    The Call Blocker screen will read SUCCESSFUL, the blocked numbers counter will decrease by 1 and the number will be removed from the BLOCK LIST and should be able to call through as normal

    Method #2
    On ANY model CPR Call Blocker;
    – Get a dial tone on a connected phone
    – Dial * * 6 # followed by the number you wish to unblock AND a # key
    – You should hear a BEEP after each # key and the CPR Call Blocker screen (if available) will read SUCCESSFUL

    If the number that you wish to unblock is a Cell phone number, please use the programming code **6#(Beep)1AreaCode+Number# (Beep). Adding the number 1 before the area code will enable you to remove the cell phone number from the block list.

    The Call Blocker screen will read SUCCESSFUL, the blocked numbers counter will decrease by 1 and the number will be removed from the BLOCK LIST and should be able to call through as normal

    If you have any issues with METHOD #2 please read the following article, and get back in touch if we can be of any further assistance
